Richard Knickerbocker
Richard Knickerbocker is a lifelong Windsor Resident. Graduated from Windsor High School, in 1971 and has always given back to his community by volunteering with, several, civic organizations.

Richard is, currently, a member of St. Damiens of Molokai Parish, is the President of Windsor Kiwanis, and volunteers at, both, the Windsor Senior Center and the Windsor Food and Fuel Bank.
