Joyce Armstrong and her husband Richard have lived in several different areas of CT and are very happy to be in Windsor. She retired in 2018 after working for the State of Connecticut for 45 years. During that time, when she served as both a vocational rehabilitation counselor and a project manager with the Department of Rehabilitation Services, Joyce came to appreciate how important community resources are. She is committed to volunteerism and serves on the Town of Windsor Human Relations Commission, the Connecticut Asset Building Collaborative Steering Committee, and is a member of the Hartford Foundation of Giving Catalyst Group. |
Joyce is married and has identical twin daughters, son-in-laws, 5 grandchildren and various grand dogs, cats and chickens.
