Richard Knickerbocker is a lifelong Windsor Resident. Graduated from Windsor High School in 1971, he has always given back to his community by volunteering with several civic organizations.

Richard is currently a member of St. Damien of Molokai Parish, is the President of Windsor Kiwanis, and volunteers at both the Windsor Senior Center and the Windsor Food and Fuel Bank.
